Translation
Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Ali Bin Al Hakam, from Muawiya Bin Wahab who said, ‘I asked Abu Abdullahasws about a man who married a woman, so he came to know after marrying her that she had commited adultery. Heasws said: ‘If he so desires he can (stay) married to her and take the dower from the one who married her off, and for her is the dowry with what she had permitted from her chastity, and if he so desires to, he leaves her’.
