الْحُرِّ يَتَزَوَّجُ الْأَمَةَ قَالَ لَا بَأْسَ إِذَا اضْطُرَّ إِلَيْهَا .
Translation
A number of our companions, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Usman Bin Isa, from Sama’at, from Abu Baseer, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> regarding the free man marrying the slave girl. He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘There is no problem when he is desperate to her’.
