میں نے ابا عبد اللہ علیہ السلام سے اللہ تبارک و تعالیٰ کے اس قول کے بارے میں پوچھا۔ “جس دن ہم ہر گروہ کو اس کے امام کے ساتھ بلائیں گے۔” تو انہوں نے فرمایا: “اے فضیل، اپنے امام کو پہچانو، کیونکہ جب تم اپنے امام کو پہچان لو گے تو تمہیں کوئی نقصان نہ ہوگا، چاہے یہ امر پہلے آئے یا دیر سے آئے۔ اور جو اپنے امام کو پہچان لے، پھر اس امر کے صاحب کے قیام سے پہلے مر جائے، وہ اس شخص کے درجے میں ہے جو اس کے لشکر میں بیٹھا تھا—بلکہ اس شخص کے درجے میں ہے جو اس کے پرچم کے نیچے بیٹھا تھا۔” انہوں نے فرمایا: “اور ان کے بعض اصحاب نے کہا: اس شخص کے درجے میں جو رسول اللہ صلى الله عليه وآله کے ساتھ شہید ہوا۔” الحسین بن محمد، معلیٰ بن محمد سے، محمد بن جمہور سے، صفوان بن یحییٰ سے، محمد بن مروان سے، فضیل بن یسار سے روایت کرتے ہیں، انہوں نے کہا:

Translation

Al Husayn Bin Muhammad, from Moalla Bin Muhammad, from Muhammad Bin Jamhour, from Safwan Bin Yahya, from Muhammad Bin Marwan, from Al Fuzayl Bin Yasar who said, ‘I asked Abu Abdullah^asws about the Words of Allah^azwj Blessed and High <span class="ibTxt"><a href="/#/books/quran:17#h71"><a href="/books/quran:17#h71">[17:71]</a></a> The Day when We will Call every human being with their Imam</span>. So he^asws said: ‘O Fuzayl! Recognise your Imam^asws, for you, when you recognise your Imam^asws, it would not harm you whether this matter is brought forwards or is delayed. And the one who recognises his Imam^asws, then dies before the rising of the Master of this Command, would be at the status of the one who was seated among his^asws soldiers. No! But, seated beneath his^asws flag’. He (the narrator) said, ‘And he^asws said: ‘Some of his^asws companions would be at the status of the ones who were martyred with Rasool-Allah^saww’.
