رَجُلٍ أَسَرَّ صَدَاقاً وَ أَعْلَنَ أَكْثَرَ مِنْهُ فَقَالَ هُوَ الَّذِي أَسَرَّ وَ كَانَ عَلَيْهِ النِّكَاحُ .
Translation
Abu Ali AL Ashary, from Muhammad Bin Abdul Jabbar, from Safwan, from Musa Bin Bakr, from Zurara, (It has been narrated) from Abu Ja’far<sup>asws</sup> regarding a man who kept a dower secret and announced as more than it. So he<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘It is that which he kept a secret, and upon it would be the marriage’.
