إِنَّمَا جُعِلَتِ الْبَيِّنَاتُ لِلنَّسَبِ وَ الْمَوَارِيثِ وَ فِي رِوَايَةٍ أُخْرَى وَ الْحُدُودِ .
Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father and Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Abdullah Bin Muhammad, altogether, from Ibn Abu Umeyr, from Hisham Bin Salim, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘But rather, the proofs had been made for the lineage and the inheritances’. And in another report: ‘And the legal Punishments (<span class="iTxt">Hadd</span>)’.
