Translation

Muhammad Bin Yahya, form Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Ali Bin Al Hakam, from Al A’ala Bin Razeyn, from Muhammad Bin Muslim, (It has been narrated) from one of the two (5th or 6th Imamasws), said, ‘I asked himasws about a man who has children for him, so he got them married, and the dower was necessitated. Then he died. So, from where would the dower be reckoned to be from, the entirety of the wealth, or from their respective shares?’ Heasws said: ‘From the entirety of the wealth. But rather, it is at the status of the debts’.
