سَأَلْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) عَنْ رَجُلٍ تَزَوَّجَ امْرَأَةً فَلَامَسَهَا قَالَ مَهْرُهَا وَاجِبٌ وَ هِيَ حَرَامٌ عَلَى أَبِيهِ وَ ابْنِهِ .
Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Ibn Abu Umeyr, from Hammad, from Al Halby who said, ‘I asked Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> about a man who married a woman, and he had touch her. He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘Her dower is Obligated, and she is Prohibited unto his father and his son’.
