إِذَا جَرَّدَ الرَّجُلُ الْجَارِيَةَ وَ وَضَعَ يَدَهُ عَلَيْهَا فَلَا تَحِلُّ لِابْنِهِ .
Translation
Muhammad Bin Ismail, from Al Fazl Bin Shazaan, form Ibn Abu Umeyr, from Rabie Bin Abdullah, from Muhammad Bin Muslim, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘When the man bares the slave girl and places his hand upon her, so she would not be Permitted unto his father’.
