Translation
Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Ali Bin Al Hakam, from Musa Bin Bakr, from Zurara who said, ‘Abu Ja’farasws said: ‘When a man commits adultery with a wife of his father, or a slave girl of his father, so that does not make her to be Prohibited unto her husband, nor does it make the slave girl to be Prohibited unto her master, If he goes to bed with a slave-girl who is lawful thereafter she becomes unlawful forever unto his son, and unto his father; and when the man marries a woman with a Permissible marriage, so that woman would not be Permissible unto his father, nor unto his son’.
