Translation

Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Ibn Abu Umeyr, from hafs in Al Bakhtary, from Is’haq Bin Ammar, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullahasws regarding a man who divorced his wife three (divorces). So a man intended to marry her, how should he deal?’ Heasws said: ‘Leave her until she menstruates and is pure, then he should go to him (her husband) and with him should be two men as witnesses, so he should be saying, ‘Did you divorce so and so? ‘So when he says, ‘Yes’, he should leave her for three months, then propose to herself’.
