رَجُلٍ طَلَّقَ امْرَأَتَهُ وَ هِيَ حُبْلَى أَ يَتَزَوَّجُ أُخْتَهَا قَبْلَ أَنْ تَضَعَ قَالَ لَا يَتَزَوَّجُهَا حَتَّى يَخْلُوَ أَجَلُهَا .
Translation
Al Husayn Bin Muhammad, from Moalla Bin Muhammad, from Al Hassan Bin Ali, from Zurara, (It has been narrated) from Abu Ja’far<sup>asws</sup> regarding a man who divorced his wife and she was pregnant, can he marry her sister before she places (gives birth)?’ He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘He cannot marry her until her term is cleared’.
