مَنْ أَفْتَى النَّاسَ بِغَيْرِ عِلْمٍ وَ لَا هُدًى لَعَنَتْهُ مَلَائِكَةُ الرَّحْمَةِ وَ مَلَائِكَةُ الْعَذَابِ وَ لَحِقَهُ وِزْرُ مَنْ عَمِلَ بِفُتْيَاهُ .
اردو
محمد بن یحییٰ نے احمد بن محمد بن عیسیٰ سے، انہوں نے حسن بن محبوب سے، انہوں نے علی بن رئاب سے، انہوں نے ابو عبیدہ الحذاء سے، انہوں نے ابو جعفر علیہ السلام سے روایت کی کہ آپ نے فرمایا: جو شخص بغیر علم اور بغیر ہدایت کے لوگوں کو فتویٰ دیتا ہے، رحمت کے فرشتے اور عذاب کے فرشتے اسے لعنت کرتے ہیں، اور اس کے فتویٰ پر عمل کرنے والوں کا بوجھ اسے لاحق ہوتا ہے۔
Translation
Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad Bin Isa, from Al Hassan Bin Mahboub, from Ali Bin Raib, from Abu Ubeda Al Haza’a, (It has been narrated) from Abu Ja’far<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘The one who issues Fatwa to the people without knowledge and without (having) guidance, the Angels of the Mercy and the Angels of the Punishment curse him, and attach him with the burden of the ones who acted by his Fatwa’.
