قُلْتُ لَهُ الرَّجُلُ يَتَزَوَّجُ مُتْعَةً سَنَةً أَوْ أَقَلَّ أَوْ أَكْثَرَ قَالَ إِذَا كَانَ شَيْئاً مَعْلُوماً إِلَى أَجَلٍ مَعْلُومٍ قَالَ قُلْتُ وَ تَبِينُ بِغَيْرِ طَلَاقٍ قَالَ نَعَمْ .
Translation
Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Muhammad Bin Ismail, (It has been narrated) from Abu Al-Hassan Al-Reza<sup>asws</sup>, said, ‘I said to him<sup>asws</sup>, ‘The man marries by <span class="iTxt">Mut’a</span> for a year, or less or more’. He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘When it was a known thing to a known term’. I said, ‘And she would be irrevocably divorced without a (formal) divorce?’ He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘Yes’.
