Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father from Ibn Abu Umeyr, from Suleym Al Far’a, from Hareyz, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullahasws regarding the man who permitted the private part of his slave girl for his brother. So heasws said: ‘There is no problem with that’. I said, ‘Supposing he makes her give birth?’ Heasws said: ‘His child would be entrusted to him and the slave girl would be returned to her owner’. I said, ‘Supposing he had not permitted for him with regards to that?’ Heasws said: ‘He had permitted that for him, so it was not safe for that to happen’.
