: «لَمْ يَقُلْ أَحَدٌ قَطُّ إِذَا أَرَادَ أَنْ يَنَامَ: «إِنَّ اَللّٰهَ يُمْسِكُ اَلسَّمٰاوٰاتِ وَ اَلْأَرْضَ أَنْ تَزُولاٰ وَ لَئِنْ زٰالَتٰا إِنْ أَمْسَكَهُمٰا مِنْ أَحَدٍ مِنْ بَعْدِهِ إِنَّهُ كٰانَ حَلِيماً غَفُوراً» فَسَقَطَ عَلَيْهِ اَلْبَيْتُ.

۱۳۵۹ - اَلْعَبَّاس بْن ہِلَال نے ابو الحسن الرضا سے روایت کی، جو اپنے والد علیہما السلام سے روایت کرتے ہیں، جنہوں نے فرمایا: ‘‘کسی نے کبھی یہ نہیں کہا جب وہ سونے کا ارادہ کرے: ‘‘بے شک اللہ آسمانوں اور زمین کو تھامے ہوئے ہے کہ وہ ہٹ نہ جائیں، اور اگر وہ ہٹ جائیں تو اس کے بعد کوئی انہیں تھام نہ سکے گا، بے شک وہ بردبار، بخشنے والا ہے۔‘‘ اور پھر ایک گھر اس پر گر پڑا۔
Translation
Hadith.1359 - Al-‘Abbas ibn Hilal reported from Abu al-Hasan al-Ridha (as), from his father (as) who said: "No one has ever recited, when intending to sleep : 'Indeed, Allah (swt) holds the heavens and the earth lest they cease, and if they should cease, no one could hold them [in place] after Him. Indeed, He is Forbearing and Forgiving' (Qur'an 35:41) without being protected, such that even if a house were to collapse upon him, he would be safe."
