: سَأَلْتُهُ عَنِ اَلرَّجُلِ يَخَافُ اَلْجَنَابَةَ فِي اَلسَّفَرِ أَوْ فِي اَلْبَرْدِ فَيُعَجِّلُ صَلاَةَ اَللَّيْلِ وَ اَلْوَتْرَ فِي أَوَّلِ اَللَّيْلِ فَقَالَ «نَعَمْ.

اور انہوں نے کہا: میں نے ان سے اس شخص کے بارے میں پوچھا جو سفر میں یا سردی میں جنابت سے ڈرتا ہے، تو وہ رات کی نماز (صلاةاللیل) اور وتر کو رات کے شروع میں ادا کرتا ہے۔ انہوں نے کہا، 'ہاں۔'
Translation
Hadith.1380 - He (Layth al-Muradi) said: "I asked him (Abu Abdullah (as)) about a man who fears becoming ritually impure (janabah) while traveling or in cold weather and thus performs the night prayer (salat al-layl) and Witr at the beginning of the night. Imam (as) said: 'Yes.'"
