اَلرَّجُلِ يَمُوتُ وَ لاَ وَارِثَ لَهُ وَ لاَ مَوْلًى لَهُ فَقَالَ «هُوَ مِنْ أَهْلِ هَذِهِ اَلْآيَةِ « يَسْئَلُونَكَ عَنِ اَلْأَنْفٰالِ » ».

اور أبان ابن تغلب نے ابو عبد اللہ علیہ السلام سے روایت کی: ایک شخص کے بارے میں جو مر جائے اور اس کا کوئی وارث یا مولا نہ ہو، تو انہوں نے فرمایا، "وہ اس آیت کے لوگوں میں سے ہے: 'وہ آپ سے انفال کے بارے میں سوال کرتے ہیں۔'"
Translation
Hadith.1661 - Aban ibn Taghlib narrated from Abu Abdullah Imam Jafar ibn Muhammad Al-Sadiq (as) regarding a man who dies without any heirs or any master (to whom he is affiliated): The Imam (as) said: "He falls under the category mentioned in this verse: 'They ask you about the spoils (anfal)...' (Surah Al-Anfal 8:1)."
