«لاَ بَأْسَ بِذَلِكَ إِذَا كَانَ مُحْتَاجاً ».

اور عَلِی ابن یقطین نے ابا الحسن الاول علیہ السلام سے پوچھا: زکات الفطر کے بارے میں: کیا یہ جائز ہے کہ اسے پڑوسیوں اور قریبی رشتہ داروں کو دیا جائے جو نہ پہچانتے ہوں اور نہ دشمنی رکھتے ہوں؟ تو انہوں نے فرمایا: “اگر وہ محتاج ہو تو اس میں کوئی حرج نہیں۔”
Translation
Hadith.2077 - Ali ibn Yaqtin asked Imam Abu Al-Hasan Al-Awwal (as) about Zakat al-Fitr: "Is it permissible to give it to neighbors or close acquaintances who do not share the same beliefs or who do not acknowledge (the Imamate)?" Imam (as) replied: "There is no harm in that if they are in need."
