: «مَا بُهِمَتِ اَلْبَهَائِمُ عَنْهُ فَلَمْ تُبْهَمْ عَنْ أَرْبَعَةٍ مَعْرِفَتِهَا بِالرَّبِّ تَبَارَكَ وَ تَعَالَى وَ مَعْرِفَتِهَا بِالْمَوْتِ وَ مَعْرِفَتِهَا بِالْأُنْثَى مِنَ اَلذَّكَرِ وَ مَعْرِفَتِهَا بِالْمَرْعَى اَلْخِصْبِ».

علی ابن ریاب نے ابو حمزہ سے، جو علی ابن الحسین علیہما السلام سے روایت کرتے ہیں، نقل کیا کہ وہ فرماتے تھے: ’’جانور چار چیزوں سے لاعلم نہیں ہیں: ان کا اپنے رب، بابرکت اور بلند مرتبہ، کا علم؛ موت کا علم؛ نر سے مادہ کی پہچان؛ اور زرخیز چراگاہ کا علم۔‘‘
Translation
Hadith.2473 - Ali ibn Ri'ab narrated from Abu Hamzah, from Imam Ali ibn al-Husayn (as), that he used to say: "Animals are not ignorant of four things: their knowledge of their Lord (azj), the Blessed and Exalted; their knowledge of death; their distinction between male and female; and their knowledge of fertile pasture."
