: «لَيْسَ لِلْمُحْرِمِ أَنْ يَتَزَوَّجَ وَ لاَ يُزَوِّجَ مُحِلاًّ فَإِنْ تَزَوَّجَ أَوْ زَوَّجَ فَتَزْوِيجُهُ بَاطِلٌ».
اردو
عبداللہ ابن سنان نے ابو عبداللہ علیہ السلام سے روایت کی، جنہوں نے فرمایا: محرم کے لیے یہ جائز نہیں کہ وہ شادی کرے یا ایسی شادی کروائے جو محرم نہ ہو۔ اگر وہ شادی کرے یا کروائے تو اس کی شادی باطل ہوگی۔
Translation
Hadith.2709 - Abdullah ibn Sinan narrated from Abu Abdullah (as), who said: "A person in the state of ihram is not allowed to marry or to officiate the marriage of someone who is not in ihram. If they marry or officiate a marriage, the marriage is invalid."
