: سَأَلْتُ أَبَا اَلْحَسَنِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ عَنْ رَجُلٍ قَتَلَ حَمَامَةً مِنْ حَمَامِ اَلْحَرَمِ وَ هُوَ مُحْرِمٌ فَقَالَ «إِنْ قَتَلَهَا وَ هُوَ مُحْرِمٌ فِي اَلْحَرَمِ فَعَلَيْهِ شَاةٌ وَ قِيمَةُ اَلْحَمَامَةِ دِرْهَمٌ وَ إِنْ قَتَلَهَا فِي اَلْحَرَمِ وَ هُوَ غَيْرُ مُحْرِمٍ فَعَلَيْهِ قِيمَتُهَا وَ هُوَ دِرْهَمٌ يَتَصَدَّقُ بِهِ أَوْ يَشْتَرِي بِهِ طَعَاماً لِحَمَامِ اَلْحَرَمِ وَ إِنْ قَتَلَهَا وَ هُوَ مُحْرِمٌ فِي غَيْرِ اَلْحَرَمِ فَعَلَيْهِ دَمُ شَاةٍ ».

محمد ابن الفضیل نے روایت کی، فرماتے ہیں: میں نے ابا الحسن علیہ السلام سے ایک ایسے شخص کے بارے میں پوچھا جس نے حرم کے کبوتر میں سے ایک کبوتر کو قتل کیا جبکہ وہ احرام میں تھا، اور انہوں نے فرمایا: اگر اس نے اسے احرام میں حرم کے اندر مارا تو اس پر ایک بھیڑ قربان کرنا واجب ہے، اور کبوتر کی قیمت ایک درہم ہے۔ اگر اس نے اسے حرم میں مارا لیکن احرام میں نہ تھا تو اس پر اس کی قیمت واجب ہے جو ایک درہم ہے، جو وہ صدقہ کرے یا اس سے حرم کے کبوتر کے لیے کھانا خریدے۔ اور اگر اس نے اسے احرام میں لیکن حرم کے باہر مارا تو اس پر ایک بھیڑ کا دم واجب ہے۔
Translation
Hadith.2730 - Muhammad ibn al-Fudhayl narrated: I asked Abu al-Hasan (as) about a man who killed a pigeon from the pigeons of the Sacred Sanctuary while he was in the state of ihram. Imam (as) said: "If he killed it while he was in the state of ihram and in the Haram, he must offer a sheep, and the value of the pigeon is one dirham. If he killed it in the Haram while not in the state of ihram, he must pay its value, which is one dirham, to be given as charity or used to buy food for the pigeons of the Haram. If he killed it while in the state of ihram but outside the Haram, he must offer the sacrifice of a sheep."
