: سَأَلْتُهُ عَنِ اَلْمُدَبَّرِ أَ يُبَاعُ قَالَ "إِنِ اِحْتَاجَ صَاحِبُهُ إِلَى ثَمَنِهِ وَ رَضِيَ اَلْمَمْلُوكُ فَلاَ بَأْسَ".

جميل نے ابو عبداللہ علیہ السلام سے روایت کی، جنہوں نے فرمایا: میں نے ان سے مدبر کے بارے میں پوچھا: کیا اسے بیچا جا سکتا ہے؟ انہوں نے فرمایا: اگر اس کا مالک اس کی قیمت کا محتاج ہو اور غلام راضی ہو تو کوئی حرج نہیں۔
Translation
Hadith.3457 - Jamil narrated from Abu Abdullah (as), who said: I asked him about a mudabbar (a slave promised freedom after the owner's death). Imam (as) said: "If his owner needs the price and the slave agrees, then there is no harm in selling him."
