: "أَيُّمَا مُؤْمِنٍ قَدَّمَ مُؤْمِناً فِي خُصُومَةٍ إِلَى قَاضٍ أَوْ سُلْطَانٍ جَائِرٍ فَقَضَى عَلَيْهِ بِغَيْرِ حُكْمِ اَللَّهِ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ فَقَدْ شَرِكَهُ فِي اَلْإِثْمِ ".
اردو
الْحَسَن بْن مَحْبُوب نے عَبْداللّٰہ بْن سِنَان سے روایت کی، جو ابو عبد اللّٰہ علیہ السلام سے روایت کرتے ہیں، جنہوں نے فرمایا: کوئی بھی مؤمن جو دوسرے مؤمن کو کسی قاضی یا ظالم حکمران کے پاس جھگڑے کے لیے لے جائے، اور وہ اللہ تعالیٰ کے حکم کے خلاف اس کے حق میں فیصلہ دے، تو وہ اس گناہ میں اس کے شریک ہے۔
Translation
Hadith.3219 - Al-Hasan ibn Mahbub narrated from Abdullah ibn Sinan, from Abu Abdillah (as), who said: "Any believer who refers another believer to a judge or a tyrannical ruler, and he rules against him contrary to the judgment of Allah (swt), the Mighty and Majestic, has indeed shared in the sin."
