: سُئِلَ أَبُو عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ عَنْ شَرِيكَيْنِ شَهِدَ أَحَدُهُمَا لِصَاحِبِهِ قَالَ "تَجُوزُ شَهَادَتُهُ إِلاَّ فِي شَيْءٍ لَهُ فِيهِ نَصِيبٌ ".

اور فضالہ نے ابان سے روایت کی، جنہوں نے کہا: ابو عبداللہ علیہ السلام سے دو شرکاء کے بارے میں پوچھا گیا، جن میں سے ایک نے دوسرے کے حق میں گواہی دی۔ آپ نے فرمایا: "اس کی گواہی جائز ہے سوائے اس چیز کے جس میں اس کا حصہ ہو۔"
Translation
Hadith.3293 - And Fadalah narrated from Aban, who said: Abu Abdullah (as), was asked about two partners, one of whom testified for the other. Imam (as) said: "His testimony is valid except in something where he has a share."
