3316 - اور الحسن ابن محبوب نے عمر ابن یزید سے روایت کی، جنہوں نے کہا: میں نے ابو عبداللہ علیہ السلام سے ایک ایسے شخص کے بارے میں پوچھا جو فوت ہو گیا اور اس نے ایک حاملہ بیوی چھوڑ دی۔ وہ اس کی موت کے بعد ایک لڑکے کو جنم دیتی ہے، پھر وہ لڑکا زمین پر گرنے کے بعد فوت ہو جاتا ہے۔ وہ عورت جس نے اسے قبول کیا تھا، اس کے بارے میں گواہی دیتی ہے کہ وہ زمین پر گرنے کے وقت روتا اور چیختا تھا، پھر بعد میں فوت ہو گیا۔ انہوں نے علیہ السلام فرمایا: "امام پر لازم ہے کہ وہ اس کی گواہی کو لڑکے کی وارثت کے ایک چوتھائی حصے کے بارے میں منظور کرے۔"

Translation

Hadith.3316 - And Al-Hasan ibn Mahbub narrated from Umar ibn Yazid, who said: I asked Abu Abdullah (as), about a man who died and left behind a wife who was pregnant. She gave birth to a boy after his death, and then the boy died after falling to the ground. The woman who received him testified that he cried out and screamed when he fell to the ground, and then he died afterward. Imam (as) said: It is upon the Imam to approve her testimony concerning a quarter of the boy's inheritance.
