اَلدَّيْنِ يَحْلِفُ بِاللَّهِ إِنَّ حَقَّهُ لَحَقٌّ".

حَمَّاد نے الحَلَبِی سے، ابو عبد اللہ علیہ السلام سے روایت کی: رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے قرض کے معاملے میں دعویدار کی قسم کے ساتھ عورتوں کی شہادت کو جائز قرار دیا: وہ اللہ کی قسم کھاتا ہے کہ اس کا حق واقعی حق ہے۔
Translation
Hadith.3321 - Hammad narrated from al-Halabi, from Abu Abdullah (as), that: "The Messenger of Allah (swt), peace be upon him and his family, permitted the testimony of women along with the oath of the claimant in matters of debt, where he swears by Allah (swt) that his claim is true."
