اور یہ روایت ہے عبد اللہ بن مسکان سے، ابو ہلال الرازی سے، جنہوں نے کہا: میں نے ابو عبد اللہ علیہ السلام سے کہا: ایک آدمی نے دوسرے آدمی کو اپنی بیوی کو طلاق دینے کا وکیل مقرر کیا جب وہ حیض میں ہو اور پاک ہو جائے، پھر وہ آدمی چلا گیا، لیکن بعد میں اس کے ذہن میں ایک نیا خیال آیا، تو اس نے گواہ بنائے کہ اس نے جو حکم دیا تھا وہ منسوخ کر دیا ہے اور اس معاملے میں اس نے دوبارہ غور کیا ہے۔ انہوں نے فرمایا: "پھر اسے چاہیے کہ اپنی بیوی کو اطلاع دے اور وکیل کو بھی اطلاع دے۔"

Translation

Hadith.3382 - It is narrated from Abdullah ibn Muskan, from Abu Hilal Al-Razi, who said: I asked Abu Abdullah (as) about a man who appointed another man as an agent to divorce his wife after she menstruates and becomes pure, but later the man changed his mind and testified that he had revoked what he had commanded and reconsidered the matter. Imam (as) said: "He should inform his wife and inform the agent."
