: "لِلْمُسْرِفِ ثَلاَثُ عَلاَمَاتٍ يَأْكُلُ مَا لَيْسَ لَهُ وَ يَشْتَرِي مَا لَيْسَ لَهُ وَ يَلْبَسُ مَا لَيْسَ لَهُ".

الاصبغ ابن نباتہ نے امیرالمؤمنین علیہ السلام سے روایت کی کہ انہوں نے فرمایا: مُسرف شخص کی تین علامات ہیں: وہ وہ کھاتا ہے جو اس کا نہیں، وہ خریدتا ہے جو اس کا نہیں، اور وہ پہنتا ہے جو اس کا نہیں۔
Translation
Hadith.3624 - Al-Asbagh ibn Nubata narrated from Commander of the Faithful (as) that he said: "The extravagant person has three signs: he eats what does not belong to him, buys what does not belong to him, and wears what does not belong to him."
