: قُلْتُ لَهُ اَلرَّجُلُ يَشْتَرِي مِنَ اَلرَّجُلِ اَلْمَتَاعَ ثُمَّ يَدَعُهُ عِنْدَهُ يَقُولُ حَتَّى آتِيَكَ بِثَمَنِهِ فَقَالَ "إِنْ جَاءَ فِيمَا بَيْنَهُ وَ بَيْنَ ثَلاَثَةِ أَيَّامٍ وَ إِلاَّ فَلاَ بَيْعَ لَهُ".

اور جمیل نے زُرارہ سے، جو ابو جعفر علیہ السلام سے روایت کرتے ہیں، بیان کیا: میں نے ان سے کہا: ایک آدمی دوسرے آدمی سے سامان خریدتا ہے، پھر اسے اس کے پاس چھوڑ دیتا ہے، کہتا ہے: میں تمہیں اس کی قیمت لے آؤں گا۔ تو انہوں نے فرمایا: اگر وہ اس کے بعد تین دن کے اندر لے آئے تو ٹھیک ہے، ورنہ اس کے لیے بیع نہیں ہے۔
Translation
Hadith.3766 - Jamil narrated from Zurarah, from Abu Ja'far Imam Muhammad ibn Ali Al-Baqir (as), who said: I asked him about a man who buys merchandise from another man and then leaves it with him, saying, "I will bring you its price." Imam (as) said: "If he brings the payment within three days, then the sale is valid; otherwise, there is no sale for him."
