: سَأَلْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ عَنْ فُضُولِ اَلْكَيْلِ وَ اَلْمَوَازِينِ فَقَالَ "إِذَا لَمْ يَكُنْ تَعَدَّى فَلاَ بَأْسَ ".

یہ روایت ہے عبد الرحمٰن ابن الحجاج سے، جنہوں نے کہا: میں نے ابا عبداللہ علیہ السلام سے پیمائش اور وزن میں اضافے کے بارے میں پوچھا، تو آپ علیہ السلام نے فرمایا: "اگر کوئی زیادتی نہ ہوئی ہو تو کوئی حرج نہیں۔"
Translation
Hadith.3783 - It is narrated from Abd Al-Rahman ibn Al-Hajjaj, who said: I asked Abu Abdillah (as) about the excess that may result from measuring or weighing. Imam (as) said: "If there is no deliberate excess (beyond fairness), then there is no harm."
