اور یہ روایت ہے صفوان الجمال سے، جنہوں نے کہا: میں نے ابو عبداللہ علیہ السلام سے کہا: “میں نے ایک شخص کو عینہ کے لیے مقرر کیا، پھر وہ اس پر واجب ہو گئی، تو میں نے اس سے کہا: 'مجھے ادا کر۔' اس نے کہا: 'میرے پاس نہیں ہے، تو مجھے ایک اور عینہ مقرر کر جب تک میں تمہیں ادا نہ کر دوں۔' انہوں نے کہا: 'اسے مقرر کر جب تک وہ تمہیں ادا نہ کر دے۔'

Translation

Hadith.4034 - It is narrated from Safwan al-Jammal, who said: I said to Abu Abdullah (as): "I appointed a specific loan (aynah) for a man, and it became due. I said to him, 'Repay me.' He said: 'I do not have it now, so specify another loan for me until I can repay you.'" Imam (as) said: "Specify it for him until he repays you."
