سَأَلَ اَلْمَرْزُبَانُ أَبَا اَلْحَسَنِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ : عَنْ ذَبِيحَةِ وَلَدِ اَلزِّنَا وَ قَدْ عَرَفْنَاهُ بِذَلِكَ قَالَ "لاَ بَأْسَ بِهِ وَ اَلْمَرْأَةُ وَ اَلصَّبِيُّ إِذَا اُضْطُرُّوا إِلَيْهِ".

اور یہ روایت ہے صفوان ابن یحییٰ سے، جنہوں نے کہا: المرزبان نے ابا الحسن علیہ السلام سے زنا سے پیدا ہونے والے کے ذبیحہ کے بارے میں پوچھا، جبکہ وہ انہیں اس طرح جانتے تھے۔ انہوں نے فرمایا: "اس میں کوئی حرج نہیں، اور عورت اور بچہ اگر مجبور ہوں تو۔"
Translation
Hadith.4178 - Safwan ibn Yahya narrated that Al-Marzuban asked Abu al-Hasan (as) about the slaughtered animal of a child born out of wedlock, and they were certain of his status. Imam (as) said: "There is no harm in it, and it is permissible for a woman and a child if they are in necessity."
