قَالَ رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ صَلَّى اَللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَ آلِهِ : "لاَ رَضَاعَ بَعْدَ فِطَامٍ وَ لاَ وِصَالَ فِي صِيَامٍ وَ لاَ يُتْمَ بَعْدَ اِحْتِلاَمٍ وَ لاَ صَمْتَ يَوْماً إِلَى اَللَّيْلِ وَ لاَ تَعَرُّبَ بَعْدَ اَلْهِجْرَةِ وَ لاَ هِجْرَةَ بَعْدَ اَلْفَتْحِ وَ لاَ طَلاَقَ قَبْلَ نِكَاحٍ وَ لاَ عِتْقَ قَبْلَ مِلْكٍ وَ لاَ يَمِينَ لِوَلَدٍ مَعَ وَالِدِهِ وَ لاَ لِمَمْلُوكٍ مَعَ مَوْلاَهُ وَ لاَ لِلْمَرْأَةِ مَعَ زَوْجِهَا وَ لاَ نَذْرَ فِي مَعْصِيَةٍ وَ لاَ يَمِينَ فِي قَطِيعَةٍ ".
اردو
منصور ابن حازم نے ابو جعفر علیہ السلام سے روایت کی، جنہوں نے فرمایا: رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے فرمایا: نہ تو دودھ پلانا فطام کے بعد جائز ہے، نہ روزے میں مسلسل روزہ رکھنا، نہ بلوغت کے بعد یتیم ہونا، نہ دن بھر خاموشی اختیار کرنا، نہ ہجرت کے بعد بدو زندگی کی طرف لوٹنا، نہ فتح کے بعد ہجرت کرنا، نہ نکاح سے پہلے طلاق، نہ ملکیت سے پہلے آزادی، نہ بچے کے لیے والد کے ساتھ قسم، نہ غلام کے لیے مالک کے ساتھ قسم، نہ عورت کے لیے شوہر کے ساتھ قسم، نہ نافرمانی میں نذر، اور نہ رشتہ داری توڑنے میں قسم۔
Translation
Hadith.4273 - Mansur ibn Hazim narrated from Abu Ja'far Imam Muhammad ibn Ali Al-Baqir (as) who said that the Messenger of Allah (swt) (peace be upon him and his family) said: "There is no breastfeeding after weaning, no continuous fasting without breaking, no orphanhood after reaching puberty, no silence for a day until night, no returning to a Bedouin life after migration, no migration after the conquest (of Mecca), no divorce before marriage, no emancipation before ownership, no oath for a child in the presence of their parent, nor for a slave with their master, nor for a woman with her husband, no vow in disobedience, and no oath in severing family ties."
