شہاب نے ابو عبداللہ علیہ السلام سے پوچھا: ایک شخص کے بارے میں جو ایک ہزار درہم میں ایک عورت سے نکاح کیا، پھر وہ رقم اس کو ادا کی، اور اس نے وہ رقم واپس اسے تحفہ میں دے دی اور کہا، “میں تم سے زیادہ محبت کرتی ہوں،” پھر اس نے اس سے نکاح توڑ دیا اس سے پہلے کہ اس کے ساتھ مباشرت کرے۔ انہوں نے علیہ السلام فرمایا: “وہ اس پر پانچ سو درہم واپس لے گا۔”

Translation

Hadith.4781 - Shihab asked Abu Abdullah (as) about a man who married a woman with a dowry of one thousand dirhams. He paid her the dowry, and she gifted it back to him, saying, "I desire you more." However, he divorced her before consummating the marriage. Imam (as) replied: "He is entitled to reclaim five hundred dirhams from her."
