قَدْ بَانَتْ مِنْهُ وَ لَا تَحِلُّ لَهُ حَتَّى تَنْكِحَ زَوْجاً غَيْرَهُ.

الصادق علیہ السلام سے ایک حاملہ عورت کے بارے میں پوچھا گیا جسے اس کا شوہر طلاق دیتا ہے، پھر واپس لے لیتا ہے، پھر دوبارہ طلاق دیتا ہے، پھر واپس لے لیتا ہے، پھر تیسری بار طلاق دیتا ہے، اور انہوں نے فرمایا: وہ اس سے جدا ہو چکی ہے، اور اس کے لیے جائز نہیں ہے جب تک کہ وہ کسی اور شوہر سے نکاح نہ کر لے۔
Translation
Hadith.4795 - Imam Jafar ibn Muhammad Al-Sadiq (as) was asked about a pregnant woman whom her husband divorces, then takes her back, then divorces her again, then takes her back, and then divorces her a third time. Imam (as) said: "She is now completely separated from him and is not permissible for him until she marries another husband."
