قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ : "مَنْ غَشِيَ اِمْرَأَتَهُ بَعْدَ اِنْقِضَاءِ اَلْعِدَّةِ جُلِدَ اَلْحَدَّ وَ إِنْ غَشِيَهَا قَبْلَ اِنْقِضَاءِ اَلْعِدَّةِ كَانَ غِشْيَانُهُ إِيَّاهَا رَجْعَةً لَهَا".

الْحَسَن بْن مَحْبُوب نے مُحَمَّد بْن الْقَاسِم سے روایت کی، جنہوں نے کہا: ابو عبد اللہ علیہ السلام نے فرمایا: جو شخص اپنی بیوی کے ساتھ عدت کے مکمل ہونے کے بعد جنسی تعلق رکھے گا اسے حد کی سزا دی جائے گی؛ لیکن اگر وہ عدت کے مکمل ہونے سے پہلے جنسی تعلق رکھے تو اس کا تعلق اس کے لیے رجعت شمار ہوگا۔
Translation
Hadith.5004 - Narrated by Al-Hasan ibn Mahbub from Muhammad ibn Al-Qasim, who said that Abu Abdullah Imam Jafar ibn Muhammad Al-Sadiq (as) said: "Whoever has intercourse with his wife after the completion of her waiting period ('iddah) is to be subjected to the prescribed punishment (hadd). However, if he has intercourse with her before the completion of her waiting period, that act is considered a return (reconciliation) to her."
