5021 - وَ فِي رِوَايَةِ اَلسَّكُونِيِّ : "أَنَّ ثَلاَثَةً شَهِدُوا عَلَى رَجُلٍ بِالزِّنَا فَقَالَ عَلِيٌّ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ "أَيْنَ اَلرَّابِعُ" فَقَالُوا اَلْآنَ يَجِيءُ فَقَالَ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ "حُدُّوهُمْ فَلَيْسَ فِي اَلْحُدُودِ نَظَرُ سَاعَةٍ" ".

اور اَلسَّکُونِی کی روایت میں: کہ تین مردوں نے ایک شخص کے خلاف زنا کی گواہی دی۔ تو علی علیہ السلام نے فرمایا: "چوتھا کہاں ہے؟" انہوں نے کہا: "وہ ابھی آ رہا ہے۔" تو آپ علیہ السلام نے فرمایا: "ان پر حد نافذ کرو، کیونکہ حدود میں ایک گھڑی بھی تاخیر نہیں ہوتی۔"
Translation
Hadith.5021 - In the narration from Al-Sakuni, it is reported that three individuals testified against a man for committing adultery. Imam Ali ibn Abi Talib (as) asked: "Where is the fourth witness?" They replied: "He is coming now." Imam Ali ibn Abi Talib (as) then said: "Administer the punishment to them, for there is no delay in enforcing legal punishments."
