رَجُلٍ غَصَبَ اِمْرَأَةً مُسْلِمَةً نَفْسَهَا قَالَ "يُقْتَلُ".

اور جمیل نے زُرارہ سے روایت کی، دونوں میں سے ایک سے، علیہما السلام: ایک ایسے شخص کے بارے میں جو زبردستی ایک مسلمان عورت پر ظلم کرتا ہے، انہوں نے فرمایا: "اسے قتل کیا جائے۔"
Translation
Hadith.5041 - Jamil narrated from Zurarah, from one of the Imams (peace be upon them), regarding a man who forcibly violated a Muslim woman. Imam (as) said: "He is to be killed."
