John Shaqi

رِوَايَةِ وَهْبِ بْنِ وَهْبٍ عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ : "أَنَّ عَلِيّاً عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ لَمْ يَكُنْ يَحُدُّ فِي اَلتَّعْرِيضِ حَتَّى يَأْتِيَ بِالْفِرْيَةِ اَلْمُصَرَّحَةِ مِثْلِ يَا زَانِ وَ يَا اِبْنَ اَلزَّانِيَةِ أَوْ لَسْتَ لِأَبِيكَ".


اردو

5066 - اور روایتِ وَہب بن وَہب سے، جعفر بن محمد سے، ان کے والد علیہ السلام سے: بے شک، علی علیہ السلام تعریض کی صورت میں قانونی سزا نہیں دیتے تھے جب تک کہ کوئی واضح اور صریح الزام نہ لے کر آئے، جیسے: 'اے زانی'، یا 'اے زانی کی اولاد'، یا 'تم اپنے والد کے بیٹے نہیں ہو۔'


Translation

Hadith.5066 - In the narration of Wahb ibn Wahb from Imam Jafar ibn Muhammad Al-Sadiq (as) from his father, Imam Muhammad ibn Ali Al-Baqir (as): "Indeed, Imam Ali ibn Abi Talib (as) would not administer the legal punishment for insinuation unless it was a clear and explicit accusation, such as saying, 'O' adulterer,' or 'O' son of an adulteress,' or 'You are not your father's son.'"
