: "سُئِلَ عَلِيٌّ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ عَنْ مُكَاتَبٍ اِفْتَرَى عَلَى رَجُلٍ مُسْلِمٍ فَقَالَ "يُضْرَبُ حَدَّ اَلْحُرِّ ثَمَانِينَ جَلْدَةً أَدَّى مِنْ مُكَاتَبَتِهِ شَيْئاً أَوْ لَمْ يُؤَدِّ" قِيلَ لَهُ فَإِنْ زَنَى وَ هُوَ مُكَاتَبٌ وَ لَمْ يُؤَدِّ مِنْ مُكَاتَبَتِهِ شَيْئاً قَالَ "هَذَا حَقُّ اَللَّهِ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ يُطْرَحُ عَنْهُ خَمْسُونَ جَلْدَةً وَ يُضْرَبُ خَمْسِينَ" ".

الْحَسَن ابن مَحْبُوب نے حَمَّاد ابن زِيَاد سے روایت کی، جو سُلَيْمَان ابن خَالِد سے روایت کرتے ہیں، جو أَبِي عَبْدِاللَّه علیہ السلام سے روایت کرتے ہیں، جنہوں نے فرمایا: علی علیہ السلام سے ایک مکتب کے بارے میں پوچھا گیا جس نے ایک مسلمان شخص پر جھوٹا الزام لگایا، تو انہوں نے فرمایا: "اس پر آزاد شخص کی حد یعنی اسیٹھ کوڑے دیے جائیں، چاہے اس نے اپنی مکتبہ کی کوئی رقم ادا کی ہو یا نہ کی ہو۔" ان سے کہا گیا: "اگر وہ مکتب ہوتے ہوئے زنا کرے اور اپنی مکتبہ کی کوئی رقم ادا نہ کرے تو؟" انہوں نے فرمایا: "یہ اللہ عزوجل کا حق ہے۔ اس سے پچاس کوڑے ہٹا دیے جاتے ہیں اور اسے پچاس کوڑے مارے جاتے ہیں۔"
Translation
Hadith.5081 - Al-Hasan ibn Mahbub narrated from Hammad ibn Ziyad from Sulayman ibn Khalid from Abu Abdullah (as) who said: "Imam Ali ibn Abi Talib (as) was asked about a mukatab (a slave who has a contract for freedom) who falsely accused a Muslim man. Imam (as) said: 'He is to be flogged with the punishment of a free man - eighty lashes - whether he has paid any part of his contract or not.' It was asked: 'What if he commits adultery while he is a mukatab and has not paid anything from his contract?' Imam (as) said: 'This is the right of Allah (swt), the Mighty and Majestic. Fifty lashes are waived from him, and he is to be flogged fifty lashes.'"
