سَمِعْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ يَقُولُ: فِي رَجُلٍ أَرَادَ اِمْرَأَةً عَلَى نَفْسِهَا حَرَاماً فَرَمَتْهُ بِحَجَرٍ فَأَصَابَتْ مِنْهُ مَقْتَلاً قَالَ "لَيْسَ عَلَيْهَا شَيْءٌ فِيمَا بَيْنَهَا وَ بَيْنَ اَللَّهِ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ فَإِنْ قُدِّمَتْ إِلَى إِمَامٍ عَدْلٍ أَهْدَرَ دَمَهُ".

اور صفوان ابن یحیی نے عبداللہ ابن سنان سے روایت کی، جنہوں نے کہا: میں نے ابو عبداللہ علیہ السلام کو کہتے سنا کہ ایک شخص نے ایک عورت کو اپنے خلاف ناجائز خواہش کے لیے چاہا، تو اس نے اسے پتھر مارا اور اسے جان لیوا جگہ پر لگا۔ انہوں نے فرمایا: اس پر اللہ عزّوجلّ کے سامنے کوئی گناہ نہیں، اور اگر اسے ایک عادل امام کے سامنے پیش کیا جائے تو وہ اس کا خون ضائع قرار دے گا۔
Translation
Hadith.5188 - Safwan ibn Yahya narrated from Abdullah ibn Sinan, who said: I heard Abu Abdullah (as) say regarding a man who tried to force himself unlawfully upon a woman, and she struck him with a stone, causing his death. Imam (as) said: "There is nothing upon her in what is between her and Allah (swt), the Majestic. And if she is brought before a just Imam, he will dismiss his (attackers') blood (declare it as wasted)."
