"اَلدِّيَةُ كَامِلَةً وَ لاَ يُقْتَلُ اَلرَّجُلُ".

ابن ابی عمیر نے ہشام بن سالم اور متعدد افراد سے، ابو عبداللہ علیہ السلام سے روایت کی: ان سے ایک عورت کے بارے میں پوچھا گیا جس پر ایک مرد نے زیادتی کی، اور انہوں نے دعویٰ کیا کہ وہ اس کی زیادتی کی وجہ سے مر گئی۔ انہوں نے علیہ السلام فرمایا: "دیت مکمل ادا کی جائے گی، اور مرد کو قتل نہیں کیا جائے گا۔"
Translation
Hadith.5215 - Ibn Abi Umayr narrated from Hisham ibn Salim and others from Abu Abdullah (as) that that Imam (as) was asked about a woman upon whom a man used excessive force, and he claimed that she died due to his violence against her. Imam (as) said: "The full blood money (diyyah) must be paid, but the man is not to be executed."
