رَجُلَيْنِ قَتَلاَ رَجُلاً قَالَ "إِنْ شَاءَ أَوْلِيَاءُ اَلْمَقْتُولِ أَنْ يُؤَدُّوا دِيَةً وَ يَقْتُلُوهُمَا جَمِيعاً قَتَلُوهُمَا".

اور داؤد ابن سرحان نے ابو عبداللہ علیہ السلام سے روایت کی: دو آدمیوں کے بارے میں جنہوں نے ایک شخص کو قتل کیا، انہوں نے علیہ السلام فرمایا: “اگر مقتول کے وارث خون بہاوانہ ادا کرنا چاہیں اور دونوں کو ایک ساتھ قتل کرنا چاہیں، تو وہ دونوں کو قتل کر سکتے ہیں۔”
Translation
Hadith.5217 - Dawud ibn Sirhan narrated from Abu Abdullah (as) regarding two men who killed another man. Imam (as) said: "If the heirs of the murdered person wish to pay the blood money (diyyah) and execute both of them, they may kill them both."
