: "قَضَى أَمِيرُ اَلْمُؤْمِنِينَ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ فِي اَلْجُرْحِ فِي اَلْأَصَابِعِ إِذَا أَوْضَحَ اَلْعَظْمُ عُشْرَ دِيَةِ اَلْإِصْبَعِ إِذَا لَمْ يُرِدِ اَلْمَجْرُوحُ أَنْ يَقْتَصَّ".

ابن محبوب نے اسحاق بن عمار سے روایت کی، ابو عبداللہ علیہ السلام سے، جنہوں نے فرمایا: امیرالمؤمنین علیہ السلام نے انگلیوں کے زخم کے بارے میں حکم دیا کہ اگر ہڈی ظاہر ہو جائے تو انگلی کی دیہ کا ایک دسواں حصہ واجب ہے، اگر زخمی شخص قصاص نہ چاہے۔
Translation
Hadith.5303 - Abu Abdullah Imam Jafar ibn Muhammad Al-Sadiq (as) said that Commander of the Faithful (as) ruled regarding an injury to the fingers that if the wound exposes the bone, then one-tenth of the blood money (diyyah) of that finger is due, provided that the injured person does not wish to seek retaliation (qisas).
