: سَأَلْتُهُ عَنْ غُلاَمٍ دَخَلَ دَارَ قَوْمٍ يَلْعَبُ فَوَقَعَ فِي بِئْرِهِمْ أَ يَضْمَنُونَ قَالَ "لَيْسَ يَضْمَنُونَ وَ إِنْ كَانُوا مُتَّهَمِينَ ضَمِنُوا".

اور وُہیب ابن حفص نے ابو بصیر سے، ابو عبداللہ علیہ السلام سے روایت کی، جنہوں نے فرمایا: میں نے ان سے پوچھا کہ ایک لڑکا جو کچھ لوگوں کے گھر کھیلنے گیا اور ان کے کنویں میں گر گیا، کیا وہ ذمہ دار ہیں؟ انہوں نے فرمایا: وہ ذمہ دار نہیں ہیں؛ لیکن اگر ان پر شبہ ہو تو وہ ذمہ دار ہیں۔
Translation
Hadith.5345 - Wuhayb ibn Hafs narrated from Abu Basir, who narrated from Abu Abdullah (as), who said: I asked Imam (as) about a boy who entered the house of some people to play and fell into their well. Are they liable? Imam (as) said: "They are not liable, but if they are accused (of negligence or wrongdoing), then they are liable."
