: قُلْتُ لِأَبِي عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ مَيِّتٌ قُطِعَ رَأْسُهُ قَالَ "عَلَيْهِ اَلدِّيَةُ" قُلْتُ فَمَنْ يَأْخُذُ دِيَتَهُ قَالَ "اَلْإِمَامُ هَذَا لِلَّهِ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ وَ إِنْ قُطِعَتْ يَمِينُهُ أَوْ شَيْءٌ مِنْ جَوَارِحِهِ فَعَلَيْهِ اَلْأَرْشُ لِلْإِمَامِ".

اور یہ روایت ہے ابو جمیلہ سے، اسحاق بن عمار سے، جنہوں نے کہا: میں نے ابو عبداللہ علیہ السلام سے کہا: "ایک مردہ جس کا سر کاٹ دیا گیا ہو؟" انہوں نے فرمایا: "اس پر دیہ واجب ہے۔" میں نے پوچھا: "پھر اس کی دیہ کون لیتا ہے؟" انہوں نے فرمایا: "امام لیتا ہے۔ یہ اللہ تعالیٰ کا حق ہے۔ اور اگر اس کا دایاں ہاتھ یا اس کے اعضا میں سے کوئی چیز کاٹ دی جائے تو ارش امام پر واجب ہے۔"
Translation
Hadith.5358 - It is narrated from Abu Jamilah, from Ishaq ibn Ammar, who said: I asked Abu Abdullah (as) about a deceased person whose head was cut off. Imam (as) said: "The blood money is upon the one who did it." I asked: "Who receives his blood money?" Imam (as) said: "The Imam, for this belongs to Allah (swt), the Mighty and Majestic. And if his right hand or any of his limbs is cut off, the compensation (Al-arsh) is also due to the Imam."
