سَمِعْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع يَقُولُ فِي رَجُلٍ رَاوَدَ امْرَأَةً عَلَى نَفْسِهَا حَرَاماً فَرَمَتْهُ بِحَجَرٍ فَأَصَابَتْ مِنْهُ مَقْتَلًا قَالَ لَيْسَ عَلَيْهَا شَيْءٌ فِيمَا بَيْنَهَا وَ بَيْنَ اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ فَإِنْ قُدِّمَتْ إِلَى إِمَامٍ عَدْلٍ أَهْدَرَ دَمَهُ.

الْحَسَن ابن محبوب نے عبد اللہ ابن سنان سے روایت کی، جنہوں نے کہا: میں نے ابو عبد اللہ علیہ السلام کو ایک ایسے شخص کے بارے میں کہتے سنا جو عورت کو اپنے خلاف حرام کام پر اکسانا چاہتا تھا، اور اس نے اس پر پتھر پھینکا، جو ایک مہلک جگہ پر لگا۔ انہوں نے علیہ السلام فرمایا: “اس پر اللہ عزّوجلّ کے ساتھ جو کچھ ہے اس میں کوئی الزام نہیں۔” اور اگر اسے ایک عادل امام کے سامنے پیش کیا جائے تو وہ اس کا خون بے قصور سمجھے گا۔
Translation
Hadith.5373 - Al-Hasan ibn Mahbub narrated from Abdullah ibn Sinan, who said: I heard Abu Abdullah (as) say regarding a man who tried to seduce a woman for unlawful relations, and she threw a stone at him, striking him in a fatal spot and killing him. Imam (as) said: "There is nothing upon her in the matter between her and Allah (swt), the Mighty and Majestic. And if she is brought before a just Imam, he will declare his blood to be void."
