رَجُلٍ يُوصَى إِلَيْهِ قَالَ "إِذَا بُعِثَ بِهَا إِلَيْهِ مِنْ بَلَدٍ فَلَيْسَ لَهُ رَدُّهَا وَ إِنْ كَانَ فِي مِصْرٍ يُوجَدُ فِيهِ غَيْرُهُ فَذَاكَ إِلَيْهِ".

اور ربعی نے الفضل بن یسار سے روایت کی، جو ابو عبداللہ علیہ السلام سے ہے: ایک ایسے شخص کے بارے میں جسے وصیت کی ذمہ داری سونپی گئی ہو، انہوں نے فرمایا: "اگر یہ اسے کسی دوسرے شہر سے بھیجی جائے تو اسے اسے رد کرنے کا حق نہیں ہے۔ لیکن اگر وہ ایسے شہر میں ہو جہاں اس کے علاوہ کوئی اور موجود ہو، تو یہ اس کے اختیار میں ہے۔"
Translation
Hadith.5446 - Ribʿi narrated from Al-Fuḍayl ibn Yasar from Abu Abdullah Imam Jafar ibn Muhammad Al-Sadiq (as) regarding a man who is appointed as an executor. Imam (as) said: "If the will is sent to him from another town, he does not have the right to reject it. However, if he is in a city where others are available, then it is up to him to accept or decline it."
