هِ مَن تَذَكَّرَ » فَقَالَ «تَوْبِيخٌ لاِبْنِ ثَمَانِيَ عَشْرَةَ سَنَةً.

اور آپ علیہ السلام سے اللہ تعالیٰ کے ارشاد کے بارے میں پوچھا گیا: کیا ہم نے تمہیں اتنی زندگی نہیں دی کہ جو کوئی یاد کرے وہ یاد کرے؟ تو انہوں نے فرمایا: "یہ اٹھارہ سال کے شخص کے لیے ملامت ہے۔"
Translation
Hadith.561 – Imam Jafar ibn Muhammad Al-Sadiq (as) was asked about the Allah’s (swt) words: "Did We not grant you life enough for whoever would remember therein to remember?" (Surah Fatir 35:37) Imam (as) said: "It is a reproach for one who reaches eighteen years of age”.
