5610 - وَ كَتَبَ اَلْبَزَنْطِيُّ إِلَى أَبِي اَلْحَسَنِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ : فِي رَجُلٍ مَاتَ وَ تَرَكَ اِبْنَتَهُ وَ أَخَاهُ قَالَ "اِدْفَعِ اَلْمَالَ إِلَى اَلاِبْنَةِ إِنْ لَمْ تَخَفْ مِنْ عَمِّهَا شَيْئاً".

البزنتی نے ابو الحسن علیہ السلام کو ایک ایسے شخص کے بارے میں لکھا جو فوت ہو گیا اور اپنی بیٹی اور بھائی چھوڑ گیا۔ انہوں نے کہا: "اگر تم اپنی بیٹی کے چچا سے کچھ خوف نہیں رکھتے تو مال بیٹی کو دے دو۔"
Translation
Hadith.5610 - Al-Bazanti wrote to Abu Al-Hasan (as) regarding a man who passed away and left behind his daughter and his brother. Imam (as) replied: "Give the wealth to the daughter if you do not fear anything from her uncle."
